These scarves are also referred to by the generic term "Pashmina"; but these are the genuine product, made of pure cashmere pashmina wool from the Himalayan Changthani cashmere goat. 
These scarves have been woven by hand using traditional weaving techniques passed down through families over generations. They are very light weight (around 16 microns) fine and warm, often regarded as a luxury wardrobe addition for anyone who enjoys a high quality natural product. These cashmere pashminas can worn all year round.
